I never received mine too. And Kabam has taken down the announcement about the bug/glitch. I am assuming it means that the bug/glitch has been fixed. So hopefully we will get it this week and have a Merry Christmas!

Has there been any announcement in regards to a time frame for this? I can't find the original post. As I don't see it on the front page, can only assume that it's no longer a "known issue", or that there hasn't been any updates on the topic recently.

I haven’t gotten mine either. Tried to submit another ticket, but there seems to be something wrong with the ticket submittal system right now.

Never mind. Though I never received the mail in my inbox re anniversary gift, I found the reward in my reward stash.
