Gifting bug

So I sent my alliance member 8 greater gifting crystals to exchange gifts. He said he never got the gift. I know for sure he isn't lying and later I even tried sending him a lesser gifting crystal to see if he got that. He also sent me a lesser gifting crystal which I got but he never got mine. We already wrote to tech support, however I'd just like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem and if anyone has any advice.

Hey there, for something like this, our Support Team is the best equipped to look into things and offer assistance. I would recommend continuing to work with them in this case.
