I did not get my shards for the sixth year anniversary my current title right now is proven and my account name is simp101 and is there a way I can just email someone at kabam so they get this faster

    Did you write a ticket? This is a problem for a lot of people, and not just you, so I'm sure they're working on it

    No I didnt write a ticket I said is there a way to contact them there for I didnt wiretap a ticket I dont even know how
