I noticed Kabam mentioned a few bug fixes for characters , tho I didn’t see anything mentioned about greengoblins superbomb, my 5* is sig lvl 84 which is 33.78% chance per full bar of energy . Which means special 3 is over 100% chance to land superbomb, yet over and over super bomb doesn’t trigger on sp3 , I mentioned this about a month ago and was told it would be looked into. Still nothing

I don't think is a flat 33.78%, so it doesn't add up

Yeah, definitely a crooked 33.78% , because it clearly doesn’t add up . 33.78% + 33.78% + 33.78% must not make 100% Kabam Mathematics . Class is in session.....

It's always different with Kabam. It could be 33.78% of 33.78% or 33.78% x 2. Some effects have the first one, others the second.
