Variant 6 Beast Node Bug Not Activating

Beast node bug is very inconsistent in Variant 6 ch 2.1. This problem occurred on many fights but it’s making the Aarkus fight literally impossible. This is my 3rd run through 2.1. First two times no problems. Today the Beast node is failing to activate about half the time.

If you have the Pacify mastery on it affects the AA of the node.

This got to be such a pain in the ass. It makes no sense. But I realize if I don’t parry first and just charge heavy it works every time. Need Mags at high sig level though.
