New Alliance might be right for you

We are a new alliance created by several veterans. We have created both an 8m and 10m alliance that are still crushing it. A few of us have taken a step back from the high tier grind and want to create another great alliance.
We are looking for several types of players.
Are you a high ranked player looking to take a step back from grind and think it might be fun to help some newer players grow in an alliance run the correct way. We would love to have you.
Are you a newer player 30k-- and want to be in an alliance run properly with the ability to grow and get excellent advice and have fun we would love to have you as well.
We will never have Arena grind requirements. We will be minimally increasing donations as we move up maps. We will never make donations more than we will earn running AQ.
We will be increasing event minimums as we grow but will never make it a grind.
We already have boss killers. We already have organization in place. We have a twice proven track record of building from the ground up.
Line ap is requirement and communication will be a must as well as fully active participation in AQ and AW. We will never ask for you to spend in AW if you do not want to.

    We are at 2.5m with 12 players so anyone newer can appreciate the opportunity to play with some veterans. As long as you can field a team of 3/30 4 stars for AQ we will give you an opportunity to grow.

    Hey man I'm a noob but committed, been playing in a top 10 squad in killshot bravo last two years. (I know what it takes) have a couple four stars already and bunch of threes.
