Is the game down for anybody else?

I open the app and it says “cannot connect to network”. I tried on both WiFi and 4G. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and tried again it no luck. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

This happens sometimes use vpn and connect to London it will not happen
