IOS: Loading MCOC via 4G vs WIFI

If I open the game using my (extremely fast) 4G connection, once the spinner starts, the connection icon flashes for over a minute before I can get into the game. Once I’m in, everything is fast.

If I open the game using WIFI, everything is normal.

I can repeat this every time.
