Apocalypse Horseman bug

Hey. So in map6 today i made wolverine as a horseman with apocalypse. The team was 5 star apocalypse 5 star wolverine and 6 star cable
So i made the first fight with apocalypse to have the 4 charges to make wolverine the horseman. It was fine till i entered a fight with cable than wolverine lost his horseman state for the rest of map6. Why is that? Its a big problem
Any news on that?
