If I am using tigra with this node and do parry heavy method why am I not gaining an unstoppable buff?

Its a bug with tigra, due to neutralize which prevents buffs on the defender, it is preventing buffs from being gained on her, its not supposed to work like this but thats how it is interacting.

@Kabam Miike is this a bug and if so can this be fixed ?

It is not actually a bug. She even prevents the buff given to her by the defender (check out tigra's deep dive).
