I was wondering if I should get willpower or despair as my next mastery I plan on not using suicides

    3/3 despair, it’s probably the most useful mastery after parry and dexterity

    Agree with the comment above, 3/3 in despair has huge value.

    Despair helps you reverse regen with champs like Void, Torch and CapIW. It's a "nice to have" through act 5, but fairly essential for late game content.
