Missing Update 2nd part on Iphone 7+

I am using Iphone 7+ and last night I tried to upgrade the game, it only downloads the 1st part, and unlike others it does not download 2nd part which people are getting on login screen, as a result, I cannot open crystals, claim rewards, place my champs in AW or see the characters faces, is it a bug or upgrade is missing for iphone?
