I'd say SS is more hardcore when it comes to buff control and utilizing the MD but claire is better for the immunities, and general usage. Like in abyss in some fights, with enough MD all you have to do is tap the special button

10-15? Now that's a stretch.

Sym. Supreme in the right match-up is superior but overall Claire is more versatile and covers more areas of the game.

SS is better against heavily buffed and bleed champs but otherwise BWCV is better.

Let's talk about Utilities-(correct me if wrong),not here to discuss abilities so don't ask for arguement
1.Immunities-BWCV wins
2.counter to buffs-close parameter,but let's consider SS the winner
3.counter to things like evade,regen,miss,power gain-BWCV wins
4.DMG-BWCV wins
5.protection-SS wins (null's shadow)
6.Regeneration in fights with low health-BWCV wins
7.better champ with heavy debuff dmg-SS winner
8.Prestige-BWCV wins

so BWCV wins in 5 out of 8 parameters

3. Does not counter evade/miss. Any regen she counters has to be a buff(unless we take despair into account which we're not)which SS can also counter. Both can counter power gain BUFFS. Both have power steal on sp2.
4. Damage. This is highly dependent on matchup. You get into a good cycle with SS, those bleeds do way more than a BWCV l2. In a way this is a draw.
