Why do some people get stats emails and others don’t?

I’ve been playing this game for about 3 years and on the line gc a lot of people have been getting the emails but I have never got them. Kabam needs to send them out to every player

I received them, then I didn't, then I did. I think I contacted support to restart then at some point.

I think the monthly ones stopped coming because the highest dmg Stat was not accurate anymore after the usage if G99. I was getting 999,999 highest dmg each month. But that's just my theory, A MARVEL THEORY

I was just coming on to ask this. 6 years amd I've never had one. But this year I'd really like to see my stats.

Hey there, if you aren't receiving the mail, it may be because you opted out of receiving them at some point. You can contact our Support Team to opt back in to receiving emails if you'd like though. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
