They'll come back soon. I've seen this before. I think it happens when the dual class crystals are rotating

If the changeover time is 12 EST, and you are already inside game before the changeover, you will not see new ones automatically unless you exit and re-enter game. Old ones will vanish, but new ones appear only upon re-entering game.

(Forget whether it is 12pm or 1pm EST change. If 1pm, then must have been something the matter since your post was before then at 12:17)
