Mastery Tree for Coldsnap/Incinerate

Since we are seeing more coldsnap/incinerate immune champs, I am thinking we could have a new branch off of the recoil mastery. This would allow you to go to the current Liquid Courage/Double Edge or to the two new masteries that inflict coldsnap/incinerate but only one branch would be allowed to be taken for balance reasons.
