Unable to collect allianc3 milestone rewards

Our entire alliance is not able to collect milestone rewards. This is happening across iPhone 7, iPhone XS, Note 9 & Galaxy S10e phones, Galaxy S7 tablet and iPad. On both wifi and cellular from At&t. Versions run are 29.1.0
