Dash back after l2 or some champions not working

Whenever I am using Archangel magik rouge dash back not working whenever I use l2 champions don’t move at all

It happens on many diff champs still. Just had it happen to me with iceman on new heroic quest. They supposedly fixed it in 15.1 if you read the release notes but it isn't fixed.
