I honestly don't believe that there is a champion in the game with no utility whatsoever and that has high damage, there are some with high damage and little utility, but none with no utility.

Star lord perhaps, sp2 has some utility but it's unreliable

Sentry although his damage isn't the best either.
Edit: Sentry with Void synergy does have some utility but you have to sacrifice all your mediocre damage for that.

I reckon Proxima Midnight has much much more damage than utility. Obviously nobody has NO utility, but she was the closest/first I could think of.

Heal block, true accuracy, safeguard against projectiles, parry non contact hits, 200% OAAR on blocked hits and good synergies.

Sure a lot won't be used as she's a high skill champ but should never be mentioned alongside champs like rocket when talking about utility 😂

She actually has some utility:

An armour buff, making her an immediate Havok counter, decent regeneration to keep her topped off and potentially be used for the "Gimme" node, a plethora of buffs making her eligible for "Buffed up", no reliance on debuffs for damage, and her sig ability while quite niche has its uses. It might not be much, but she does have utility.

I suggest you re-read his abilities. He can do a lot more unawakened than many champs who are awakened.

She has armour to counter havok. Her nullify resistance is useful. She has fury and precision. Can be used for buffed up. Also best option for Cav EQ coamic

Hyperion is now better for buffed up EQ than Angela since they've reduced the amount of aptitude you can gain.
