The christmas gift the Mcoc santa gave me has not changed into a gift

Hello there summoners At the start of December I got a gift from the contest "Santa" and in the mail it said that it will turn into an item on 25th December ( Sorry I do not remember the time and all) So is it a bug in the game or is it something else
Please Help me!!!

    You got an in game mail on Christmas day about it. Read that for instructions.

    Correct. So you’re basically going to use your Mail Gift (or lump of Coal) as currency to buy (exchange) for actual gift from in the STORE.
