What is this means? I already contribute for alliance gifting event but i got this message. 14 milestone i already do 11 still got this message. Can someone explain it to me? Do i get my rank reward at the end of this gifting event?

Ally Gifting Points event has 2 separate requirements for each Milestone.

Overall Ally Points, plus an Individual Points amount that each person also has to meet in order for them individually to be able to claim the Ally Milestone.

Your Ally has already reached #11, but you have not yourself yet.

Yes, you will get rank rewards. I never hit all alliance milestones in past years and still received rank rewards no problem

Yes, after you claim a milestone, you usually have to put up some more points before you can claim the next milestone, etc, etc.
