Holiday gifting badge missing

Quick question I logged into my second account. Haven't been on it in a month or so because I forgot the password. I noticed that account doesn't have the holiday gifting badge. Any reason for that ? I'm level 25 on that account.

    I thought so but need to check that. Didn't know that was a requirement.

    Think the Gifting Badge actually cave thru a game Mail, which if you never logged in before the Mail disappears, might be that the Gift Badge is still in your STASH-REWARDS (hopefully had a 30 day Stash expiration instead of 7 or 14 day Expire from stash).

    If still in Stash, CLAIM it.
