Aw tier 5 map for tier 6 alliance

@Kabam Miike We are tier 6 alliance and placed our defenders accordingly....now after the war started we realised we have to play on tier 5 map...we have played tier 5 map...but our defense was not set to sttuborn defender

    Hey there, this can happen if the opponent you are fighting is a different tier than you. The game will randomly choose which tier it will use and apply it for both teams. Hope this helps clear things up.

    @Kabam Zibiit Isn't that unfair to the alliance in tier 6? It's a convenient explanation for Kabam but tier 5 wars are a lot harder for someone playing in tier 6. Many alliances avoid tier 5 wars altogether due to this difficulty. More so due to the defense tactics. Now you're telling them they might still have to play tier 5 wars even if they are in tier 6. Does this happen for even lower tiers as well?

    Plus the other alliance will get tier 5 rewards if they win the same war as the tier 6 alliance. If it is fair, the alliance in tier 6 should also be awarded the same rewards as the tier 5 war. They are going to use similar amount of resources.

    It clears up things but this doesn't sound like the right way to match two alliances and call it a fair match.

    @Kabam Zibiit what about points...for facing same difficulty we will be getting multiplier 3.4 whereas opponents will get multiplier 4....is that not unfair for us....facing same difficulty and getting less points

    You have to roll with the punches on this one, you got unlucky but it happens.
    If you’re not geared up for tier 5 and above the best option when you get unlucky like this is cut some paths and rush for the boss.
    Take the loss with minimal item use and get as many points as possible for the season.

    Why is it random, to keep the match fair I would’ve thought that it would default to the lower tier, using a random method seems to unfairly penalise the lower tier alliance in both points received and potential resources used.

    It's unreasonable explanation from Kabam. This randomness greatly benefits one side while harm other side. This policy must be fixed.
