Falcon Bugged?

FALCON all of a sudden stopped working as he previously did in war (haven’t tested him elsewhere yet). His recon used to shut down modok autoblock and now it doesnt anymore. Whats going on? Is it a bug or a change to his abilities (nerf) that wasn’t announced?
