New / Novice Players main Struggle

Knowing already, while entering firstly the game, that 4 stars are pretty much
not main focus now and maybe worth investing into 4-5 good champs to Rank 5
and push the focus to 5 stars
I feel that the main lack and concern becomes getting those T1alphas...

I really feel like if they were more common by at least 1-2 more amount in events like:
- Summoner Advancement
- Completion
- Soul Shards Crystals Drop Rates
- Completed / Exploring on monthly EQ

It would make a lot easier...I have so many 5 star champs collecting dust becase I prioritze those
T1A's for Rank 3 and above ones.

I have so many rank ups pending due to lack of t1 alphas. It has come to a point where I have 8 t2 alphas and 4 t5 basics in stash but have 0 t1 alphas.

There are pinch points at every level in the game. I'm an end-game player and have 5*s collecting dust also, because I don't have enough ISO for them.
