Heavy chaining issue

in Bugs and Known Issues
with the latest update, I'm not able to constantly chain heavy attacks with certain champions. For example, I noticed that Doctor Doom behaves weird: often goes too far after hitting the opponent and the next heavy hit misses the enemy. Did you guys noticed this stuff? Same problem with Venom or professor x: every heavy hit moves my champion and after a while, they suddently are too far to hit the enemy with their heavy attack.
My device is Huawei p20 lite, running Android 8.0
...am I the only one who is facing this?
