Champion stops responding after first medium hit

It's like I'm crazy, does it happen to anyone else?
Sometimes (happens a lot when it does happen though) the champ doesn't do anything after the first medium hit. He just stands, completely open to the opponent's combo.
I do the combo as normal, I know how to perform a combo, just saying...

I’ve noticed a lot of dropped touches. Medium combo ender, heavy charge, dash and dexterity, special use, and parry. This new deer in the headlights lag is killer. I don’t believe it’s device related. I’ve seen both Apple and Android users experience the same issues.

Happens more so after having done a lot of other stuff like watching YT videos, browsing data hogging websites, etc (and/or lot of fights in game), that eventually your device memory/cache/whatever becomes bogged down.

After doing a lot in game, I tend to close and re-open it after so many arena matches, etc.

As for overloaded device memory state, seems to help by doing complete Power-OFF and Re-start of device every so often as well if doing a bunch of other things.

All of above gets amplified more so when using older devices, but even on newer ones you could eventually need to do this periodically.

I actually experienced something similar. I was auto fighting through A4 with NF (team of him, Dom Rulk Mas and Colossus), no nodes anywhere, but I noticed I was about to die, so I took back control but my device decided to hold block instead of idling. I could medium attack but when I tried to light attack, block triggered first.

Simplified:
iPhone X latest iOS and mcoc update
Using NF with Dom Rulk Mas Col
No nodes (except maybe a +50% champion boost)
Arbitrary defender
4.2.1 colossus gate path
Was in auto fight mode
Disabled auto fight and my device decided I was constantly inputting a block, which took precedent over my light attacks (but not mediums)
Hands were potentially sweaty enough to be problematic, but blocking continued even when I removed my fingers from the screen.

I may have been under shield hitstun when I took back control (disabled auto fight)

Yeah, I just got wrecked in variant 3 with Guardian because of this issue.

I guess what I'm looking for is if it's only coming from the phone only or if it could be a connection issue.
I noticed that when that happens in a fight I see the "connection" icon when moving into the next fight.
Do you think that when the fight starts there is no call to Kabam's server until the end?

@kikiFurieux Same issue. Same device. Two of my alliance members also reported the same but with different Android device.
