Cull Obsidian and Mr. Fantastic are both great champs! I really can't decide as they both have certain abilities and counters to many different things in game. Have a great day OP!

They're both good, but even better when awakened. Especially Mr.F when he's at high or even max sig. They're both fun champs so congrats on the nice pulls!

Cull is great. Just needs much higher block proficiency

Cull is a solid champ with great damage. Mr. Fantastic has some really useful synergies which will put work here and there. Mr. Fantastic has great damage potential once awakened and high sig.
