Should I awaken my colossus?

I have a mystic 5 star awakening gem and 2 basic 5 star awakening gems, and I was wondering if it's worth using it on my R4 Colossus. Should I use one of the generic gems on him or save them for a future Nick Fury or Aegon (I don't have either)? I also only have 28 mutant Sig stones. I do have about 88 basic Sig stones but I'd like to keep those for Aegon. I also can't really use the Omega Red and Emma Frost synergy cus I only have them as 4 stars.

    He's worth awakening. Depending on where you are in terms of completion there's a lot of sources of Awakening gems these days - 6 from Variants, 2 + a generic from Act 5, LoL, and they pop up periodically in side quests. They're not the crazily valuable resource that they once were. If you hold if for your perfect champion there's a good chance you're going to be holding it for either the next week or the next 6 months. You may as well get the best out of a good champion.
