I just got myself a 6 star King Groot, and I heard that his recent buff made him fantastic. But after looking at his awakened ability, I feel like without it I'm missing out on a huge amount of damage and regen. Is he still any good without that awakened ability?

How many revives should I save up for LOL?
I'm about to try and complete LOL with a 5* rank 5 nearly max Sig Aegon. I have about 17 20% revives and 23 40% revives worth of units. Would that be enough for a LOL completion?
