Hey guys can I pull a Cosmic Ghostrider from the dual crystals? Is he one of the characters? Or can I pull him from Basic Hero crystals?

No you can only get him through the 6* featured crystal, or wait 7 days for the next featured 5* crystal. that’s what I’m doing
