Unrightfully banned

I was banned for no reason while I. He middle of the Heroic "Blades" Special Event, and I have no idea why. I have never cheated on the game, and it out of nowhere says I'm banned. If there is any other reason to be banned, then please notify because I know I didn't violate any terms of services to the game.

I got banned too for 7 days. No changes on my account when I got it back today. I didn't cheat or anything. Evidently I did something wrong that I didn't know about.

Did you get the 168 hour ban? You definitely got your account back when the timer ran out?

I've just been banned but have no clue why. The only thing I can think of is that it's because I use multiple devices but I posted on the forums yesterday & people said it was ok... That's the only thing I've done differently these last 24h

I was reading that if your device is rooted than that might trigger a ban, kind of how pokemon go wont work on rooted phones, which is messed up to me, if someone is not cheating, but unlocks thier 400$ phone to delete bloatware or to have more control of their property, than they should not be banned. For me i would never risk it, unless their was a hack to get me a 5* Punisher, lol no , no, i kid i kid.

Well on my post KABAM miike has just said to fill out a ticket & closed my thread so I've done that but I bet I get the same automatic **** everyone else gets & not any real answers. Personally I think they ban people for the fun of it.

Just contact technical support and let them know how you "accidentally" went on the internet, found a clearly labelled "illegal" emulator, downloaded it, "hacked" the game with it, got ill-gotten rewards with it, and you are "sorry" and it "will never happen again you promise forever and ever." Make sure to use the quotes, just like in the original post, it shows that you really did not do anything "technically" wrong. It's the only way to get unbanned. Works "every time."

Nah I'd venture you were rightfully banned. Kabam doesn't usually ban people on a whim. Something went fishy with your account and it got flagged on Kabam''s side.

Or you need to feed your cat more often...

We don't ban people for the 'fun' of it, in fact doing so creates extra work for us. We also don't ban folks simply for playing on more than one device. We cannot post details about any specific ban scenario, and appealing bans in our forums is not allowed - unfortunately if you have appealed your ban to our customer service department and it has not been overturned, that is the final word on the matter.
