Cant Access my Profile to update mastery and cant access aliance screen

I am playing on a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and I am unable to click on my profile to update my mastery. I was able to do this over the last week but it stopped working. Also when i click on the alliance tab its a blank screen. The other thing i noticed is if i click on anyones profile (mine included) the screen is just blank. Does anyone know how to fix this??? thank you
