60fps switch on options

Please add a switch in the options that allows you to leave the game at a constant 60fps on compatible phones. At the moment I am using an oppo find x2 pro phone which has a 120Hz screen and adequate power reserve and the game usually starts only at 30fps and occasionally at 60fps. This is extremely annoying as the touch lag at 30fps is much worse than at 60fps
