KABAM HELP PLEASE

I've just gone to log in today & I'm greeted with this message.
Can you please help & explain to me what exactly it is I've done?
I don't use any 3rd party software, I don't record or anything, I just play the game.

It was only yesterday that I posted another post about using two phones on the same account because I was worried about getting banned.

I really hope it isn't because of that.

    I use my phone and iPad on the same account. It's not against the rules. You did something else to get banned.

    They don’t ban for no reason and they don’t discuss details of bans on public forums.

    I don't use anything else. I play the game, I update the game & I play some more... I posted yesterday because I was worried about using my new phone when I'm out & about but keeping my old one for when I'm on Wi-Fi so I don't kill the battery on my new phone. Technically it's account sharing which I know is against the rules but it's with myself so didn't think it would matter. That's the only thing I've done differently since I started this game.

    It’s not account sharing when only one person is playing the account regardless of the number of devices used. You clearly downloaded something against TOS.

    Then I have no clue. I never had a problem before using my new phone yesterday then this happens... my rank isn't even decent & all I have is three champs rank 5.
    Nothing out of the ordinary.

    Like I said I have three 4* champs rank 5. Star Lord, Storm & Cap WW2. The rest are rank 4 or less and I only have two 5* champs collosus & Venompool both rank 2... nothing out of the ordinary one bit.

    That timer doesn't mean a thing. I've seen posts on here where it changes to permanent ban when it runs out. That's why I'm asking.

    wow, lol thats crazy, i responded to your thread yesterday, with what you were asking about you were not in any violation of tos. Now if you are telling the truth then you got kabamed but there nothing that can be done here, you have to send in a support ticket and hope for the best

    That's the only thing I've done differently. I've been perfectly fine until I started playing on my new phone then this happens.

    @Fluffy great question, if you are buying a "NEW USED" phone say off craigslist or something then that phone could have 3rd party software on it that is against the tos

    It's a brand new phone straight from a shop. Not used one bit. Using both phones is the only thing I can think off that I've done differently.

    I was using the HTC 10 before & now I use both.
