No rank rewards for gifting event

Hi I didn't get any rank rewards for the gifting event that ended yesterday and I'm wondering why ? I participated in the event and was in the alliance for longer than two weeks so I don't know

If you click on the event it says that the rank rewards will be distributed on 12th January
