5 Star Nexus Unexpected Bug

I got a 5 Star Nexus and I was Thrilled TBH , The Time I started Rolling the Nexus the game got glitchy , But Still I got Lucky and Got Some Good Options of Champions , On the Choosing Lobby my Game Jammed for 2 Times and When I returned , I clicked on the Champ I wanted though the game was stuck , I pressed Confirm and was suprised to see myself get the champ I didn't want , That was Really Heartbreaking , I want Respected Kabam to Fix this Issue by taking away the champ I got from my Inventory and giving away the One I Reported them on Kabam Support Page , My Ticket is Still Unanswered and it's been a long time since I posted it

@DarkDuelist See For a Level 50 , Uncollected Player , Nexus Matters alot , IDK about others but I was afraid about the Lag and chose the Champ I heartedly wanted , But the Result came out to be dissapointing . No one would spend past 72 Hours In Restlessness cuz of their Regret , I have been trying to contact Kabam Support but I didn't got any reply , I may sound Like awkward but no one would regret Getting Void by Mistake , But I wanted Hit Monkey so I chose him , but the Bug granted me Void Instead

@SummonerNR I wasn't willing to tell it publicly because People Would Mock Me , I wanted Hit Monkey and I Chose him but It didn't show and I ended up getting Void , And I didn't want him , Please Don't Bash me Up But I wanted HM

Support should be able to help you (did you use the NEW Support Site to submit your request ?)
So long as you do NOT rank/level that wrong champ, and do NOT use them in quests, etc.
Could take over a day for a reply from Support.

@SummonerNR Bro Can you guide me to that New Support Site , And yeah I didn't even Touch Void Since I got him , He is Still R1/1 , I just Used Void Once In ROL for trying in Depression State

I used this one only and reported it in Bugs and Known Issues

Hit Monkey is not a bad decision mate. I have a 6* R3 unduped. Never regretted that choice. Who cares what people say. Choose whom you want and like to play with. Always been my basis for my champs !!!!

I Like Hit Monkey alot and that's why I wanted to choose him over Void Bro , But The Game got bugged and I ended up getting void , I am Trying so that Kabam help me regarding this and can take away my 5 Star Void and give me 5 Star Hit monkey instead

Yes I know he's awesome but Awakening and Getting Him High sigs is a Task of Months for me
