The update is usually released before the actual EQ. The EQ will arrive at it’s scheduled time of 10 am PST, 1pm EST, or 18:00 UTC

(B) the Update in the App/Play Stores ?
Must be available, judging by all the new comments about the new UNDO button covering up anywhere you want to move to in AQ/AW.
(available in Apple store, sometimes it doesn’t show up immediately as an auto-update, have to go to it specifically in the App Stores then you’ll see that you can Update to it).

(C) specific info just for the new month's EQ rewards ?
Not sure they were listing that anymore, as it's pretty much the same month after month now.

They don’t do monthly EQ updates anymore, since nothing changes month to month besides the new characters. The side quest info is already out, and the update notes are out as well. Actually the entire update is already in the App Store
