I'm really struggling with this decision

Next month, if I'm able to do legendary difficulty, I can either R5 my second 5 star with the t5 basic or get my 4th 6 star. I'm leaning more to the 6 star but I can't make up my mind. Opinions would really help, thanks all!

    I'm a shard groupie so I usually go for shards. This may be the one time I don't though, but if you're hinting 6*s then go for it

    Going for shards. I want to open a featured 6*. I legitimately want to dupe my Gambit from it.

    Because SQ are my main income of 6 star shards and I could get 9000 shards. That's insane in my opinion!

    I get T5 Basic from Glory and event quest... although i also get 6 star shards from EQ i don't get much.

    It is insane but are you able to complete it? If you only have 2 five stars and 3 six stars, I'm skeptical that you'll be even able to enter the quest. Are you level 55 yet? What about the champion you're looking to rank up? If it's someone like og spiderman, I wouldn't take that guy up, I would go for shards.

    @Lmao i don’t only have 2 5 stars. I only said 1 5 star cuz Aegon is the only one I’m willing to do. Anyone else is not at 5*r3 and I don’t have enough t1 alphas to get them to 5*r3 unfortunately...

    Personally I believe you should always go shards over rank up resources because it’s so much easier to get t5b and t2a than 6* shards. The only reason in my mind that you’d go resources over shards is if you have so, so many good champions that need to be ranked up and adding another by getting them from a crystal won’t help because you have too many to rank up.

    @Will3808 I have 3-4 champs I wanna R4 but even if I do legendary I can only r5 Aegon. I'll be missing t1 alphas and t4 basic lol. So even with the rank up resources i won't be able to rank up champs I want. I have Stealthy, Domino (I still like her), guardian and maybe Namor I wanna bring to r4 but I'm not rushing it. I'll need more t1 for these rank ups.

    You can get a steady flow of t5 basic from glory store and can get two from exploring act 5 if you haven’t done so yet. Go shards because you have less 6* shards available to you

    You can get this much t5b from two weeks in the glory store. That’s why I said t2a and t5b are way easier to get than 6* shards.

    Yup I think imma go 6 star shards. So far my pulls have been doom and claire. I have 12000 shards right now. I haven't opened it yet because I open it after I pull a bad 5 star. It's worked so far lol.

    I would go for shards. I've way too much T4cc, but I can always use more 6* shards.

    Aegon is a good champion, but you will struggle getting your combo up if you rank him up.

    Indeed, for legends I would surely recommend ranking him up. But in other fights the health pools are too low. Unless you keep him at R4 and have some skill.
