Sunspot decreased rating?

I just got a 6* sunspot, after maxing his r1 his rating was 7k not 9k like I see with others who got him to level 25. Can someone explain why this happened?

Different Masteries affect PI differently. Typically the precision, cruelty and suicides have the biggest impact on a champs PI.

Your mastery setup lol? That's the only reasonable explanation for difference in hero rating. Yes, his prestige is high and that matters, but your masteries matter more.

His prestige is high when he’s awakened and high enough sigs as far as I know

Highly doubt that is the case. Show a pic of your masteries, see if you can get a pic of the persons masteries whose account you saw a 9k Sunspot, but only a pic of your masteries is really necessary. Oh and tag me if you do upload
