Thor (ragnarok) bugged

I recently ranked up Thor ragnarok, tested him out and realized that he isn't getting his passive power gain after 40 hits on the combo meter. I read through his abilities and I didn't see anything preventing him from getting this power gain. Please look into this Kabam
