Can’t seem to claim my Aw rewards

I cant claim rewards for past 1 day. I keep tapping on claim but it won’t give me rewards.

Buddy of mine has same issue.

IPhone 12
Latest version of IOS and mcoc.
His ibgame name is Thegame7725
He tries to claim and the game just reloads
He tried claiming from overflow it’s not even thre for him and hadn’t claimed his rewards yet.
