Did something happen to Vision AARKUS' combat power rating with the update. My r5 sig 200 used to be one of my top CP ratings (even with my mastery settings), now it is the lowest of my 21 r5s - even below several low sig champs (corvus and quake are sig 1 and 40 respectivly)
