is dr doom harder to get somehow?

I've opened 30+ dual class a bunch of basics, and no dr doom in any star level. is he harder to get because of prestige or something? just wondering because he's the only non trophy champion I have in no star level

But doom is no way as hard to get as an ihulk ain’t I right @Crcrcrc ? My friend pulled a 6* ihulk from cav epoch and he said that was the worst pull of the year! I told him I would exchange him for a champ of his choice, did you get yours yet?

now that is just unlucky the only champ u dint have that isn't a trophy champ

I've opened 50+ Mutant/Skills for Omega and still nothing, you just get who you get. RNG at its finest.
