WHICH IS THE BETTER ARCADE-IA PRIZE OPTION?

I chose the champion / crystals option and feel like I'm going to regret choosing that one. What do the solo objectives look like for the rank up card?

Shards is better by a lot

Its just collect certain amount of stamps for whichever difficultly you do...
ex:
Legendary: 10k 5* shards=15 stamps, 6k shards=15 stamps

Epic:Legendary Crystal=15 stamps, FH=15 stamps
.....and so on and so on.

(But they to be from the same difficulty quest not just any quest)
edit: So the objectives aren't hard really imo

you'll need to collect 80 stamps from one of the 3 legendary quests(best to do 16 of the mutant quest and 16 of the other 2) @GroundedWisdom
