racism in global chat

I wasn't attacked by this racism post but that is what I saw on global 1 day "never rank up a black man but sunspot"
and this is just WRONG this needs to be stopped immediately and there needs to be a better reporting System in the game because at that time I answered someone else questions and I said "yes" and people thought I was saying yes to the racism post and I got random reported. anyway this needs to be stopped immediately
