The side quest

Yesterday I was tryna do the spider man side quest when all of a sudden my game starts crashing and returns me to the home screen of my phone. I tried resetting the game, deleting and reinstalling the game, and tried unconnecting and reconnecting to my internet, but the game would not stop crash at the spider ham. I finally gave up later, but I wasted 2 hours of my time trying to get the game to work. Is there gonna be anything that will compensate the time I wasted and the X coin I wasted because of the game crash? Thank you in advance
