side eq bug

i started the spiderverse side quest about 4 minutes after it came out and my game lagged at the spiderham pre fight and when i hit fight my game crashed. When i tryed to log in it pulled up the go back to fight thing but when i hit it my game crashed yet again. This persisted for about 6 hours. eventually i was finally able to get back into the game and i left the quest, costing me a token. I then tried a different quest (the 3 stamp one) and it worked fine. Can someone elaborate on this? And Kabaam, would i be able to receive a token back? Thanks
