Where do I find account info

Kabam support is looking for a slew of random info to verify my account is actually my account. Anyone else have to deal with this for an accidental in-game purchase (stupid hammy crystals)? I have emailed back and forth with them for the last month trying to answer the best I can.
How do I find out where I was when I downloaded the game? It doesn't come up in my download log and it was 5 years ago so I sure don't remember!

Unfortunately, you may be out of luck. The whole purpose of account validation questions is that they aren't random: they are things only the original account creator is likely to know. You can't prove you own the account with information anyone could look up. That would defeat the purpose.

Generally they just need an approximate location they can attempt to verify, when they ask for locations. If you can narrow it down to a timezone, like "Italy" or "Texas" that's probably good enough. They don't need to know you were across the street from the Starbucks on the corner of 5th and Main.

If you have literally no idea where you were on Earth five years ago, that would be problematic.

If it's down to time zone, fine. But on earth is a bit of a over dramatization. I was talking about info somewhere in my apple account. They are asking for the initial email from kabam, sure don't have that. And all I do have is the download dates and first transaction. Sure figured that would be enough.

Thought I would find someone who has dealt with support before, the "where were you" question has thrown me as I travel frequently. And none of the responders to my emails have said anything about general areas like the other poster. First time in five years and I was looking for a dash of help since nothing was ever stated about these "security questions". Had that been stated I'd have saved the email and made note of the other pertinent data. Hell, I've given my email and in game name as well as downloads that only I would know. Still get denied.

Unfortunately if you can’t remember where you were when you downloaded it you might be out of luck.
I’ve had to answer these questions in the past but had no issues as I could check Game Center achievements for rough start date, purchase history for first purchase. And I don’t travel so that one was easy. Think the final question was the earliest username you remember? Which again was simple for myself.
I don’t know how many questions you have to answer relatively correctly to verify the account as I answered them all.
