Corvus SP2 not power draining

For the second day in a row I am fighting BPCW on footloose in Map 7 and have used Corvus sp2 while BPCW was at 3 bars and power was not drained. This has also happened to others in my alliance.

    Also faced this on vision on mix master prove yourself, caused me to eat an l3 and drop to 5%
